Does NPRO offer returns or refunds?

We are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase. In the case where you’ve received an incorrect order or faulty item, do drop us a mail at nproasia@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you very soon!

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final once they are submitted. If you have any questions, do drop us a mail at npro.asia, and we will be in contact with you very soon!

Does NPRO ship to East & West Malaysia?

Yes, we currently ship our products to East & West Malaysia as well. Above RM 500, shipping is free for East Malaysia only. West Malaysia is exempt from shipping.

 

Purchasing & Process

How can I track my order?

You can track your order here by keying in your order details (Email Address & Order Number). Once your order is sent out you will be emailed a tracking link to keep tabs of your parcel.

Will there be any shipment delays due to COVID-19?

Please bear with us and our shipping partners should there be a shipment delay relating to COVID-19 and government orders. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. East Malaysia orders may take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We engage a third-party delivery service provider to fulfil all orders.

In the case of any issues, please reach out to us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel(s). Any request after will not be entertained.

We’ll do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered successfully. By staying in touch with our courier partners and keeping track of the parcels, we hope that you’re the parcels will land on your doorstep safely.

However, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays caused by our delivery partners or any unforeseen circumstances that is out of our reasonable control.
